In California Adventures they have the Bakery Tours. You get a little free sample of bread and walk in the bakery for the tour. It's nice to go there when you feel like taking a break, if it's too hot, or just for fun.
It's not the kind of tour with a tour guide. You can just walk in whenever and walk around to see it.
The picture above is when you first walk in you will see the Disneyland cast member handing out the bread samples. The picture below is of my daughter and the bread sample.
