California Adventures/Disneyland Games Of The Boardwalk

Fun games to play at California Adventures/Disneyland!  Games of the Boardwalk!

At California Adventure they have four games that are fun to play!  My daughter, Rachel had so much fun winning her prizes there!

The games are located in California Adventures ~ Paradise Pier.  Right by California Screaming and The Toy Story Midway Mania ride.

The people running the games are not pushy like at fairs.  They are just nice Disneyland workers.  I liked that part!

First you have to get a game card.  The people running the games don't take cash for the games.  The have a machine right by the games.  You can put in cash or credit card ~ load how much you want for you card and then click New Card.  Once you have a card you can put cash or credit card in the machine and it will ask if you need a new card or re-load your current card.  To re-load your card you will just have the machine scan it and it loads your money on the card.  It's pretty easy.  You can also have the machine print a receipt for you just to make sure you loaded your card right.  If you need help the people running the games can help you.

Once you go to the games you swipe your game card in their card swiper thing and press the button on the left.  It will say ready, then you just wait for others to pay and then start the game.

Rachel really wanted Bullseye, so the game lady told us we could play a private game.  We paid for seven spots and she played to win the toy.  I guess you can only do this if it's not too busy.  The game lady told me I could do the private game after I told Rachel I would just buy her one in the park after finding out how hard it would be to win it.  I'm so glad she suggested the private game, because it was awesome for Rachel to get the toy, Bullseye!

To play one game is $2,50.  For the seven spots we paid $17.50 for Bullseye which is a pretty good price!

We tried the next day to do another private game to get Woody, but it was too busy.  The guy said we couldn't.  So, if you want to do a private game like Rachel did ~ only ask when it's slow.

Just a cute picture of Rachel watching Toy Story 2 at our hotel with Bullseye!

That next day we put $15 on our game card and she did awesome!  She played against adults and she won!  I was one of the adults she won.  :)  She won Woody and Mickey Mouse!  The two little ones were from the little fishing pond game that is easy to play.  She had so much fun and loved her prizes!  It's a great way to get your kids some souvenirs from Disneyland!

We saw Buzz right after winning her prizes!  It was so fun for her to have a picture with Buzz while holding her new Woody toy!  Cute!

This is from another trip when she wanted to play more of these games.  She played against a bunch of adults and again... she won!  Then she wanted to get another toy horse to play with so she and I played one game together and she won against me!

She bought the Chip hat in between the two games.  Just wanted to explain the two pictures with the Minnie ears and Chip hat.
